About Me

“To live a creative life, we must lose fear of being wrong.” -Seth Godin

I am a marketing, public relations, and communications enthusiast in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in content writing, campaign development and strategic planning.

My previous experience includes working as an Account Executive with a brand marketing agency where I created and executed detailed strategic plans for a variety of clients, including the Ductile Iron Pipe Research Association. I excel at technical writing and straightforward communications. Additionally, I was responsible for building the social media process that is used today by the agency.

I graduated from Kansas State University in December 2013, with a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications, with a focus on Public Relations and Psychology.

I am a “Rocky Mountain Native” from Los Alamos, New Mexico, but I have lived and traveled around the world. When I’m not working you can find me curled up with a book, hiking mountains, or planning my next adventure abroad.  I’m dedicated to social change, and volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.

Check out my adventures through my personal blog, UphillVoyage.
